JOB TITLE: ASSEMBLY LINE WORKER

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Reports to: Assembly Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling lighting products. They must operate with strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines without comprising quality of work.

Duties Responsibilities

· Assemble lighting products as determined and trained by supervisor

· Ensure all lighting products are completed with a strong attention to detail and according to customer specifications and deadlines

· Maintain an overall understanding of the processes involved with lighting product manufacturing

· Uphold strong quality control standards and comply with all company safety protocols

· Ability to read and interpret orders and locate parts in various locations within the plant

Skills Specifications

· Ability to handle a large variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity without compromising quality of work or deadline adherence

· Possess agility and adaptability to work collaboratively and cross departmentally

· Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentality

· Possess strong communication skills

Additional Responsibilities

· Use sound judgement and adhere to safety protocol when making decisions

· Maintain strong time management, punctuality and organizational skills

· Act with integrity and respect

· Adapt to changes required by business

· Assume and complete all other duties as assigned by management
