Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdditional responsibilities include: Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality, participating in cross-training activities, maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition, and performing other duties as required or directed.
QualificationsRequired:
- High school diploma, GED.
- 2 year manufacturing machine operation requirement.
- Prior manufacturing experience with the ability to prioritize and pay close attention to detail.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, and bending is required.
- Must be able to work independently and distinguish colors.
- Must be able to use and read a micrometer.
- The ability to demonstrate your mechanical and computer skills.
- Must have good English skills in reading, writing and communicating.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and to work overtime as the need arises.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
- Prior extrusion experience preferred.
- Wire drawing/extrusion/cabling experience.
