Duties:

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to address concerns promptly and maintain tenant satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure tenant needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information and lease agreements through proficient data entry
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities by liaising with contractors and vendors to uphold property standards
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and schedule preventative maintenance tasks
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers to secure cost-effective solutions for property upkeep
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting to support effective property operations
  • Manage all aspects of short-term rentals, ensuring consistency and quality for guests
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of short-term rentals to provide guests with a superior experience

Experience:

  • Preferred experience in property management or related field
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, including handling difficult situations professionally
  • Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Property management: 2 years (Required)
  • Property leasing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
