PS Companies is working with a state department in Madison Wisconsin to find a temporary Election Office Assistant to help support their Elections Commission. The Election Office Assistant will be responsible for nomination paper review which requires attention to detail, ability to apply standards to the review process.

This position will start ASAP and will end in November 2024

Pay rate: $13.00 - $ 14.00 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Answer basic voter questions via phone and email
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Assisting with administrative task

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of related job experience and or training

Due to the nature of our work, all candidates must be non-partisan and cannot have contributed to a partisan political campaign within the past 12-months.

Work Schedule: 40 hr/wk @ 8 hr/day
