Job Summary:

Provide technical support for the Salem Power Uprate Project within Engineering Services. Act as Lead Responsible Engineer (LRE) for modifications supporting the power uprate of Salem Units 1 and 2. Determine solutions and manage resources to prepare necessary design deliverables.

Job Specific Qualifications Required:

• BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Controls or related Engineering degree.

• 13 years experience performing related Engineering work in a nuclear power plant.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in controls / digital design engineering.

• Experienced with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

• Knowledgeable in electric or electromechanical analog / pneumatic control loops.

• Familiar w/digital data collection and control systems like Emerson Ovation, RSLogix, PI Process.

• Work effectively with a team to achieve team goals.

• Independently multi-task and resolve conflicting priorities.

• Excellent written & oral communication skills

• Availability for shift work during installation.

• Must meet Nuclear requirements for unescorted plant access.

• Require a valid US driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Desired :

• Nuclear PWR experience.

• Prior Design Engineering configuration control qualification.

• Professional Engineering license (NJ or other state).
