- General administrative functions to support Engineers, Finance, and HR
- Appointment scheduling
- Assist with set-up of conference room for meetings
- Generate management reports from the system
- Assist Engineering with summary data reports on Excel
- Greet visitors to the department
- Answer department phones and transfer calls
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
- 3 plus years Administrative Assistant experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Report generation from an enterprise system (will train on their system)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects to timely and successful completion.
