Overview

An individual contributor position responsible for managing the sampling process end to end – from prepositioning sample yardage to delivering accurate and timely product samples for key milestone meetings. This person will be responsible for tracking and reporting sample yardage and garment sample readiness, working with cross-functional partners, i.e., Design, Product Development, Raw Materials, to problem-solve and/or propose solutions to improve ready dates. This role requires constant follow-up and communication with vendors and suppliers, gathering information to bring back to internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sampling process, from prepositioning sample yardage to final delivery.
• Track and report on sample yardage and garment sample readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and solve issues impacting sample readiness.
• Maintain constant communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely information flow to internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product samples for key milestone meetings.

Required Skills

1. Detail-oriented and Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial to manage multiple facets of the sampling process effectively.
2. PLM Knowledge: Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is essential, with experience in Centric PLM being a significant plus.

4. Problem-solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions for improving sample readiness.
