The Concierge Care Navigator, under the supervision of the Manager of the Concierge Care Navigation Team, will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier concierge services and serving as the primary point of contact for patients. Responsibilities encompass aiding customers, patients, and clients by providing general information, generating service quotes, and facilitating payment transactions. These tasks involve handling incoming calls, guiding new patients through fertility treatment service choices, and addressing a wide array of patient inquiries. These inquiries encompass direct interactions with clinics, referrals to clinics, educating consumers about treatment services, explaining pricing details, and outlining financing alternatives. The pay rate is between $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.In essence, the Concierge Care Navigator functions as a consultant, assisting patients in choosing the most suitable package and payment plans to facilitate their fertility treatments. Additionally, the role involves proactively following up on incoming leads and engaging in sales efforts related to fertility packages. Building positive relationships with personnel at fertility network clinics and fostering seamless access to these clinics are also integral aspects of the Concierge Care Navigator's responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Actively promote and sell fertility packages, products, and services to prospective customers seeking access to network clinics.
  • Contribute both individually and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals for our valued customers.
  • Thoroughly follow up on incoming leads, including web form submissions and phone inquiries.
  • Assist newly interested patients by explaining the various fertility treatment service packages, financial options, and pricing details available to them.
  • Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule for each patient to ensure consistent engagement and support throughout their journey.
  • Handle the review and processing of program applications efficiently.
  • Prepare patient contracts and packages to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and fertility clinics to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
  • Address patient inquiries promptly, expediting their path to treatment and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage loan applications and provide essential information related to treatment costs, billing, and collections.
  • Collaborate closely with the patient's clinical team to coordinate patient requirements and recommended treatment options effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with personnel at network clinics.
  • Utilize the contact management system (CRM) to meticulously document patient interactions, clinic engagements, transactions, and sales details.
  • Engage with clinic, sales, and marketing departments to discuss clinic-related matters, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Offer valuable feedback on the patient services process to help optimize efficiency and workflow.
  • Assist in maintaining both physical and electronic files in an organized manner.
  • Actively participate in departmental and company-wide operations meetings, offering valuable insights and feedback.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Undertake additional administrative support tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience with three years of patient interaction experience and/or minimum of three years call center customer service experience
  • One or more years’ experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience with preparing documents, printing, scanning, and faxing
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rule
  • Knowledge of the fertility treatment process and terminology is a positive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (testing is required)
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability/flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid interpersonal skills, team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimal direction
  • Must be adaptable and have the ability to approach all tasks with a down-to-earth attitude, pleasant demeanor, sense of humor, and desire to have fun
  • WPM 50 preferred
  • Spanish speaking is a positive
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • May be tasked with lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs., if able to do so.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for moderate periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend at the knees and waist frequently
  • Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.
