Our client, a government organization in Oakland, is actively seeking a temporary Human Resources Analyst (Recruiter) with professional experience in the areas of staffing, recruitment, and other areas of HR. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in effectively managing recruitments, developing and/or selecting appropriate tests for screening candidates, conducting job analysis; experience performing complex statistical analysis and preparing presentations using appropriate software; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, strong customer service orientation, focused on providing excellent service to the public and staff; excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing in a business environment; and ability to effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
