We are looking for a dedicated HR Analyst to join our team and support our HR department's daily operations.

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist supports the Human Resources department in various administrative and personnel-related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes and providing exceptional service to employees and management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurately filed.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with employees and external parties.
  • Related Tasks: Build and Maintain Job Descriptions, Organizational Chart, and Career Path Documentation; Employee Development Plan Administration, Employee Training Administration

Employee Onboarding and Relations:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and coordinate timely assistance.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Talent Attraction & Recruitment Support:

  • Assist the Talent Team in the recruitment process for internal hires, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage Relationships with outside training and recruitment resources.
  • Setup, coordinate, and assist with Career Fairs.

HR Systems and Technology:

  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate and analyze reports from HR systems to support decision-making processes.

Office Maintenance and Executive Assistance:

  • Coordinate travel accommodations and special projects for PSM Executive team
  • Prepare Monthly Management Reports and Coordinate completion and delivery
  • Manage and Order office and kitchen supplies: Paper, Pens, Snacks, Beverages
  • Maintain common areas: kitchen/break-room, lobby, conference rooms

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity (HRIS - Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
