About being our CAD Manager - Survey

As our CAD Manager - Survey , you will oversee our survey production process across multiple teams and ensure adherence to our CAD standards and workflows. This role involves working closely with survey staff and providing training and support to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibility Highlights for our CAD Manager - Survey

• Support the consistent application of Field to Finish processes
• Coordinate with survey staff and leadership to implement and maintain CAD standards and workflows
• Coach and mentor Survey group members on Psomas CAD standards and workflows
• Implement Psomas CAD standards for survey production, including CAD templates and quality control checklists and procedures
• Identify best practices and efficient methods for CAD survey production that can be implemented across the company
• Monitor CAD project health and track adherence to standards
• Offer CAD training and technical support on both a scheduled and as-needed basis
• Occasional travel to the various Psomas offices

Minimum Qualifications to be our CAD Survey Manager

• 5 years of CAD production and/or management experience related to the land surveying industry
• Extensive experience with Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center software
• Knowledge and understanding of land surveying workflow and data processing methods and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications for our CAD Manager - Survey

• Experience with Bentley products (MicroStation, Open Roads)
• BIM experience
• Experience working with Point Clouds

• A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $80K - $100K/ salary depending on experience. Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates.
