Role:- Mainframe Developer

Location:- Renton WA- Open for Hybrid

Mode of Hire:- Full Time

Job Description:

• Work with customers to define, design, and propose alternative solutions in response to changing business needs.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot reported issues.
• Provide system administration support.
• Must be able and willing to work weekends and evenings to support on-call responsibilities as needed is required.

Required Experience & Skills

• Five years software engineering experience including code development, scripting, workflow, and data mapping.
• Five years mainframe support experience: COBOL, IMS (DB), DB2, CICS, JCL
• Advanced computer system skills including use of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• PACCAR systems experience a plus

Education (List required and/or preferred education)

A four-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field desired
