We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries effectively.
- Maintain patient records using software such as Eaglesoft, Epic, or Dentrix.
- Verify patient insurance information, including Medicare coverage, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with dental or medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with medical office management software (Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix) is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills including organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with Medicare processes is a plus.
