POSITION SUMMARY

The mission of the Case Manager is to:

• Serve as the Youth and Family advocate for coordinating all necessary services and will document the youth's referral to and satisfactory completion of each service related to specific court order conditions. 
• provide services and supports necessary to assist persons served and their family in achieving and maintaining all goals and court orders.
• serves a broad range case load consistent with credentials and experience
• Consistently exercises discretion and sound judgment in the performance of the duties of the position

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice or a related field plus (1) year experience providing services to children/youth and families. Volunteer work can serve has experience 
• Experience working with children is required.
