About The Role

The Provider Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified psychiatric and behavioral health providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other mental health professionals. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to support the company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent in the psychiatric and behavioral health field.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional organizations to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in psychiatric and behavioral health recruitment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, metrics, and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry.
  • Strong understanding of psychiatric and behavioral health roles, qualifications, and licensure requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $55,000 and $60,000 annually, plus bonus, at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other PsychPlus Health-sponsored benefits.
