PsyGenics is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Roseville, MI

PsyGenics, Inc., a rapidly growing service provider specializing in serving the developmentally disabled is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of Human Resources Coordinator.

Qualifications

Applicant should possess an associate’s degree with one-year experience or have a minimum of 4 years experience in an equivalent role. Person must have police and DHS clearance. Additional requirements include: a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs of our employees and consumer population.

Position Summary

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for Administrative Office operations, performing a wide range of duties both administratively and in support of clinical staff. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for keeping employee personnel and training files maintained, and providing assistance to administrative and operational personnel with regard to matters of training, credentialing, benefits, and timekeeping.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Complete orders for Administration office
  • Maintain staff and contract files
  • Provide staff with updated forms when needed
  • Complete Word and Excel tasks when directed
  • Knowledge of clerical systems, implementation of office procedures as well as an ability to provide instruction to staff specific to office operations
  • Must be flexible and possess an ability to quickly adapt to changing policies, procedures and daily tasks
  • Provide assistance with administrative and operational audits
  • Competency with computer skills and relevant technology
  • Possess an ability to identify potential problems/barriers to efficiently maintain the Administration Office and provide solutions
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Analyze reports
  • Contact vendors to provide ultimate service and cost effectiveness
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and business lunches
  • Conduct 30 day reviews with new hires and report findings to management
  • Operate as a team member and representative of PsyGenics, Inc.
  • Onboard new hires as necessary
  • Run background checks for new hires and existing employees
  • Assist in ongoing accreditation activities for CARF compliance
  • Follow PsyGenics, Inc. professional code of conduct
  • Represent PsyGenics, Inc. in the community
  • Perform similar or related duties as assigned

Eligible for paid time off and PsyGenics' retirement plan.

Wage commensurate with education and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
