What You Will GetIn addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:
- Earn 100% salary while in program. A time-based agreement replaces financial obligation
- Our Elevated Earnings Program allows clinicians to earn bonuses starting at treating nine patients per day, increasing exponentially with every patient they treat.
- Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement
- Receive 4 hours per week of 1-1 residency-specific mentorship for the programs 11-month duration
- Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, ortho, pelvic health, sports & performance
- Race fee reimbursement
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual
- Participate weekly in 3 hours of discussion-based lecture and 2 hours of hands-on lab
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
