**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in a hospitality or hotel setting. Experience in a laundromat, especially doing a wash & fold/ fluff & fold service is greatly preferred but not required. English is a must, and Spanish is greatly preferred but not required for the right candidate.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS System

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain cleanliness of the facility including laundering and cleaning duties

- Assist with basic math calculations for cash handling purposes

- Process laundry as part of our Wash & Fold and Pickup & Delivery services while using our POS system

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or similar setting is preferred

- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Knowledge of wash & fold processes is a plus

- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and maintain a neat environment

- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

- Be at least 16 years of age

- Ability to learn and use a POS system to make sales and process laundry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
