PTE Systems International is Hiring an Outside Sales Development Representative Near Hialeah, FL

Join the dynamic team at PTE Systems International LLC, a leading provider of Post Tension Systems and related products and services. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth strategy, engage with potential clients face-to-face, build strong relationships, and drive sales to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients by visiting businesses, attending networking events, and conducting door-to-door outreach.
  • Present our products/services compellingly and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales tactics.
  • Utilize CRM software to accurately track leads, activities, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
