Job DescriptionSummary: This position is Tuesday – Friday with hours beginning and ending within 12:30AM – 8AM. You will oversee the shift’s production and quality goals by supervising the shift’s production activities to meet customer requirements and customer delivery dates for the third shift.

Essential Functions:
- Coordination of multiple manufacturing functions to ensure product delivery
- Supervise the performance of staff and ensure the training of staff
- Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including set-up, process adjustments, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and workflow.
- Responsible for producing quality parts in a timely manner in accordance with production schedules.
- Work with other departments, such as Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, etc., to troubleshoot processes to ensure that all internal/external requirements are met. Coordinate necessary resources to complete troubleshooting on extremely complicated processes.
- Help to train Operators and be able to cover the shift for the Supervisor.
- Attend to machine issues and report to the production team
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and showing initiative in taking on and completing injection molding projects.
- Ability to lead a team
- Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs. or more
