In this role the Field Service Electrical Technician plays an integral role in the support of customers installation and commissioning, maintenance, and repair needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform service tasks and identify technical problems related to installation and commissioning, maintenance, repair, upgrades and retrofits and replacements.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs, clear and open communication, and quality of work.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available for the intended work scope.
• Prepare documentation reports for client acknowledgement and signature.
• Proactively identify potential equipment failure and provide recommendations.
• Adhere to all company safety rules and practices.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field OR
• Associates Degree with 2 years of experience
• Able to self-Project Manage utilizing MS Project or an alternative.
• Ability to write test plants and detail test results
