Job Title: Returns (RMA) Team Lead
Department: RMA 
Location: Bloomington, IN 
Reports To: Mobile Supervisor 
FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt 

POSITION PURPOSE:

Monitors all aspects of daily operations for RMA area. Verifies incoming product and notifies appropriate personnel/department of incoming product ensuring all product received is entered into the system and returns processed appropriately. Trains and assists RMA personnel in aspects of managing returns.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED;

• Knowledge of shipping to allow individual to conduct process quality assessments;

• Ability to work in a multi-task environment;

• Detail oriented;

• Possess effective communication skills, organizational skills and leadership ability.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to see, and speak, hear, write, and understand English. 

• Able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly 

• Capable of standing, stooping, bending, and walking for extended periods of time 

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
  

DUTIES: (include but not limited to): 

Essential Duties:

• Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements First-in First out (FIFO) 

• Maintains high standards of customer service by addressing and resolving issues with returns preparation before finalizing of process. 

• Verifies items by matching documentation with system notes and reporting all discrepancies 

• Monitor’s Production 

• Production Reporting 

• Documents employee performance and provides regular constructive feedback to employees.

• Ensure compliance with established safety policies and other regulatory procedures. 

• Ensure employees are cross-trained in all aspects of dispatch/shipping.

• Leads by example 

• Positive attitude 

Working Conditions: 

• General warehouse environment. 

• Moderate noise level. 

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time

WORKING HOURS: Mon. – Fri. 7:00am to 3:30 pm with ½ hour meal break. 
Overtime as required to meet production demands.
