Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail oriented Contract Specialist  to join our client for a temporary-to-hire, hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA!  As the Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting and tracking client agreements using Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint, processing onboarding agreements and requests for access, and providing status updates to internal business partners. This position is starting at  $30/hour based on experience!
Responsibilities of the Contract Specialist Include:

• Track and document client agreement lifecycles using Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Draft client agreements promptly to meet SLAs.
• Assign agreement and contract requests to team members.
• Process onboarding agreements/forms, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Approve PHI access requests after verifying appropriate agreements.
• Provide status updates on agreements/contracts/forms in meetings with internal partners.

Requirements of the Contract Specialist:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF editor.
• Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized for accurate document tracking.
• Capable of working independently and as an active member of a team.
• Preferred experience in technical, legal, or contract writing.
• Health insurance experience preferred.
