Corporate Associate Attorney-Securities

Prominent mid-sized Manhattan law firm with one of the more stable and fast-growing corporate practice groups is seeking an experienced securities attorney for their Capital Markets practice. The right individual has 3-5 years of securities experience, preferably with some 33/34 Act experience. The firm is well known for fostering a congenial work environment, with no minimum billable requirements and low turnover rate. Firm offers a hybrid in-office/remote work from home arrangement and a good path to partnership. Salary in the high $100K’s to lower-mid $200K’s range. Prior experience on M&A/SPACs is a plus!
