Prominent mid-sized Manhattan law firm with a nationwide practice and a mid-town location is seeking a corporate securities attorney with prior Capital Markets experience. The ideal candidate has between 4-6 years of securities experience, including 33 Act and 34 Act work, with solid research/writing skills. The firm is well known for fostering a congenial work environment, with no minimum billable requirements and low turnover rate. Firm offers a hybrid in-office/remote work from home arrangement.
