The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for senior rainmaker partner. Candidate must be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and reviewing and responding to emails on the partner's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management and scheduling; setting up Zoom and Teams meetings; act as gatekeeper
• Assist with preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Prioritizing requests, emails
• Assist with setting up and running philanthropic activities
• Excellent time management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Previous C Suite experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
