Public Sector People is Hiring a Property Officer Near Sydney, FL
Contract: 12 months w/ opportunity for career progression
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $50 p/h Super
Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Manager to manage the City’s 10-year acquistion and divestment program
- Preparation and presentation of a monthly report on progress of transactions to the Property Acquisition Investment and Divestment Sub Committee of the City’s Executive
- Preparation of Executive briefing notes and reports for specific transactions for Executive, Committee and Council endorsement transaction
- 2 years experience in a Property Officer position or similar.
- Australian government experience will be highly regarded.
