You are:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly effective Digital Delivery and Content Excellence Lead. This person will sit at the intersection of data, creative, tech and operations, and will be responsible for managing end-to-end Digital Marketing Transformation efforts for one of our marquee Healthcare clients, encompassing cross-functional team management, coordination of new marketing and content capabilities development, new (agile) ways of working and change management etc. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the best creative minds and tech leaders in the industry to truly make an impact and see your work come to life
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional digital delivery teams, and integration of content capabilities and best practices across all key marketing workstreams
Manage and oversee the End-to-End content management process, from content creation, deployment, learning and adaptation, including:
Lead operationalization and implementation of new content capabilities, such as modular content and content factory
Establish best practices on content development and align with client Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review committee to define how new content capabilities are appropriately incorporated into the MLR review process
Create and operationalize framework to enable dynamic content personalization and experimentation
Direct process improvements and lead forward projects focused on:
Faster, more effective content creation
Implementation and adoption of Digital Asset Management platforms/capabilities
Rapid technology-assisted medical/legal/regulatory review and approval
Seamless content deployment across all channels
Use in-depth knowledge and experience of content capability and pharma marketing to guide the team’s functional strategy and operations.
Identify opportunities to enhance current content provision to meet client needs by building new capabilities for faster, more effective content creation including leading structured content authoring capabilities.
Support and lead teams in the establishment of the “Power of One” Publicis digital platform delivery model
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of Digital/Tech Consulting experience
At least 7 years content strategy experience including previous implementation of modular content strategies
Initiated, led, and managed several large-scale, complex digital transformation efforts enabling new capabilities and ways of working to drive business growth, significant cost reduction, and improve customer experience
Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components
Excellent written, verbal, numerical and presentation skills

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
