The Director, Project Management is responsible for the delivery of large complex programs or multiple smaller workstreams, and ensures that assignments are completed according to schedule and budget. You will actively identify organic growth opportunities and be heavily involved in estimation and contract reviews to ensure accuracy of effort and commitment. You will also consult with the leadership team on decisions and work together to persuasively align the project team to a greater goal.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $204,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
