We’re searching for a Director, Technology (Business Analysis) to provide business analysis support (including requirements gathering and technical documentation), as well as supporting highly dynamic and complex martech and data-driven digital projects / initiatives through their complete lifecycle delivering transformative success for our clients. You’ll play a leading role with both technical and non-technical teams by providing technology education, perspectives, recommendations and clearly communicate how they affect the holistic project.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative nature and strong work ethic. Someone who can gather, digest, and translate technical requirements, clearly and succinctly communicate ideas, decisions, and reasoning to both a technical and a non-technical audience, and who has a self-driven desire to keep abreast of the latest sites, gadgets, trends, and innovations.

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $179,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
