Client Reporting

• Reporting to and partnering with Client Finance Manager to develop reporting formats in accordance with client contracts
• Work with client teams to ensure process supports reporting needs including staff utilization and deliverable tracking
• Prepare weekly client reports based from SAP data
• Partner with billing, production and client teams to ensure client report accuracy
• Work to resolve client reporting related requests

Client Profitability

• You will prepare client profitability reports on a monthly basis
• Work with Client Finance Manager and client teams to analyze issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with client teams to implement profitability improvement strategies
• Prepare and submit client profitability reports in HFM in accordance with Publicis Groupe deadlines

Client Forecasts

• Work with Client Finance Manager to prepare client profitability forecasts
• Submit client profitability forecasts in HFM in accordance with Publicis Groupe deadlines

Contract Management

• Ensure Agency is in compliance with current contractual guidelines

Other

• Partner with client teams on process implementation throughout client related finance matters
