- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with various departments throughout the Company to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting: Assist with preparing financial reports and dashboards to executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and business performance.
- Data Management: Maintain and update financial models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Analyze large datasets to support strategic initiatives. Including but not limited to 1) Consolidating trial balances for multiple entities; 2) Running sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis; 3) Understanding new initiatives and their affects on cash flow and 4) Analysis of potential deal targets and the affects on forecasted performance
- Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and scenario planning.
- Cost Control: Monitor and evaluate cost structures, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, potential synergies and cost reduction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all department heads across the Company to gather relevant information and provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Sage Intaact and financial planning tools (e.g., Vena, Planful, Anaplan) is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
