Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold-calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Experience:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to market products effectively and drive sales
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in software applications for tracking leads and customer interactions
