We have four locations: University Place, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard and Silverdale. Our ideal teammate would be willing to work in more than one of these offices. We are currently most in need of help in University Place and Gig Harbor.

General clinic administrative work and maintenance.

· Review clinic schedule and ensure charts are correct prior to start of patient care.

· Prepare the examination rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist.

· Take X-Rays and CBCT imaging for patients.

· Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs throughout the appointment.

· Update and maintain treatment notes after treatment.

· Tidy up after treatment. Sweep operatory floor. Take out trash bags out. Set up for next procedure.

· Empathetic and considerate interaction with patients. Act as patient liaison through their arrival, treatment and departure. Provide pre and post-care information. Follow up care phone calls with patients the next day.

· Work as a teammate with other dental assistants. All duties are performed together.
