Job Overview/SummaryOur veterinary practice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our animal patients and excellent service to their owners. This role requires working collaboratively with a team of veterinary professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage various animal health issues.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough physical examinations of animals.
Diagnose and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
Perform surgical procedures and dental care.
Prescribe medication and treatments.
Provide preventative care advice to pet owners.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
Communicate effectively with clients about their pets' health and treatment plans.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff.
Primary SkillsStrong diagnostic and surgical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in using veterinary software and technology.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to animal care.
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)Experience in a fast-paced veterinary practice.
