Job Description:

We are seeking one part-time and one full-time Customer Service Representative. Duties include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, in person, and email
• Assisting customers with their orders and/or questions regarding products/equipment
• Maintaining both digital and physical customer and equipment databases
• Processing orders, returns, and rentals
• Conducting quarterly inventory
• Performing various duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Overall computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and proactivity with the ability to adapt to change
• Reliable transportation
