Role description:

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer who possesses experiential learning design experiences to join our team. In this role, you will support learning design architects in upskilling approximately 4000 employees on new processes and tools to support omnichannel transformation, digital skills, using data to make informed decisions, and other emerging skills.

Role responsibilities

  • Collaborate with learning design architects focused on digital omnichannel and business transformation activities.
  • Utilize learning science, instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create engaging course content and activities.
  • Develop compelling learning activities and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on course content.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with SMEs and apply instructional design theories and methods.
  • Utilize multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
  • Conduct instructional research and develop assessment instruments.
  • Maintain project documentation for effective course development.

Required skills and experience

  • Previous experiential learning design experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in utilizing learning science, instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with learning design architects and SMEs.
  • Ability to create engaging and compelling learning activities.
  • Experience in identifying training needs and applying instructional design principles accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
  • Strong research skills and ability to develop assessment instruments.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain project documentation effectively.

Required education and certification.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Previous experience in digital omnichannel and business transformation activities is a plus.
