Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Puppy Dreams. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing sales team, generating new clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for pets, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
