RESPONSIBILITIES:As the General Manager, you are the face of our brand, tasked with embodying our ethos and fostering a culture of care.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Inspiring and guiding team members to surpass customer expectations by delivering prompt and personable service within a clean environment.
- Effectively managing inventory, labor allocation, and leveraging financial insights to optimize restaurant performance.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all food safety regulations.
- Upholding and reinforcing Pura Vida Miami's operational protocols and policies at the store level.
- Spearheading recruitment efforts, from sourcing and selection to onboarding and retention of top-tier talent.
- Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing team member shifts to ensure seamless operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry, showcasing your ability to lead teams effective and drive results.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, although candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record will also be considered.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Proficiency in advanced typing and basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems.
