PURALIMA CANTINATM is seeking a talented Service Lead to add to our team!

Position Overview:

As a Service Leader, you will be the role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our company standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. We see the Service Leader as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company

Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities: (in addition to Service Crew member responsibilities)

• ● Execute great daily deployment, as scheduled by general manager, for the day to day operations in the front of house
• ● Build a positive atmosphere where our guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfied
• ● Train existing crew and new hires to become con?dent in their ability to deliver the PURALIMAstandard
• ● Identify and develop future leaders
• ● Challenge your team to become better every day
• ● Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• ● Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment
• ● Manage food safety through line temps, handwashing and glove use
• ● Monitoring secondary shelf lives and enforcing all food safety policies and procedures
• ● Clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook
• ● Effectively communicate changes to the restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, andteam member benefits
• ● Assist in the resolution of customer incidents and working to ensure a positive guest experience
• ● Facilitating marketing, promotions, and events
• ● Live and represent the PURALIMA Cantina brand day in and outJob Requirements:● Minimum

o 2 years customer service experience
o Passion for living a healthy life
o Able to lift 50lbs
o Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment o Preferred
o Reliable transportation
o Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
