Pure Derivatives is in search of goal driven individuals who can help provide exceptional products for the New Mexico cannabis market. We produce quality products while keeping lean manufacturing in mind at all stages of production. Founded in 2022, Pure Derivatives makes a variety of products in the cannabis space and are looking to expand our manufacturing capabilities. As a cannabis processor Lab Tech, duties will include the following:

• Manufacturing Pre-Rolls (Standard or Infused.)
• Maintaining quality control.
• Packaging finished units.
• Product labeling.
• Achieving individual rates & team goals.
• Machine/equipment operating.
• Communicating information with other team members.
• Cleaning tools, equipment, surface areas, break room, etc.
• All staff meetings.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.

Applicants 21 years old or older who are dependable with full time availability; we currently run 4 10-hour shifts, Monday thru Thursday. Starting compensation will be $12-$14 per hour based on experience. All employees are hired as temporary and will be evaulated after a 60 day probationary period. Employees will accumulate PTO benefits at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
