**Overview:**

(Independent Contractor)

We are seeking to pre screen compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants/caregivers to provide essential support to our seniors in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance.

**Duties:**

- Provide direct support to clients in activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance

- Assist with meal preparation cooking as needed

- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or related field is preferred

- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and respect

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

- Knowledge of basic caregiving practices and procedures

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
