The Renewal Operations Specialist is a key individual contributor on the Renewal team thatconsistently delivers market leading retention rates and more. The Renewal team is aculmination of individuals who are passionate about customer loyalty committed to bringing theright people together with the intention of securing and growing our revenue.This role will be focused on ensuring the new deals that build from the installed base are beingquoted accurately with the intent to align expiration dates and streamline the renewal process;inclusive of what was originally purchased to align with Finance expectations. This individual willassist the Renewal team review, revise, report, and upgrade opportunities that impact theinstalled base and build algorithms with our Business Intelligence Team. The importance ofbuilding SOX compliance processes and a solid reporting structure to our business is a keyinitiative as we look to the future and you would be integral in making this happen.Your ability to drive business process, manage heavy transaction workloads with a keenattention to detail will enable the team to secure more revenue prior to the maintenanceexpiration date ultimately removing the risk of reducing the contract value. Focusing onaccuracy upfront will allow for predictability as we look to secure the renewals.

? Be a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to proactivelymarket subscription opportunities to partners and/or resolve issues that mayhinder them from maintaining a relationship with Pure Storage? Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally andin writing? Uncover accounts which may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bringthem to closure? Accountable for reviewing and validating subscription renewals against customerinstalled base reports and additional sources of data? Manage existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolvecustomer-related contract issues? Ability to research original business transactions and prepare detail that will leadthe account team to make quick recommendations on how to position a renewal? Goal is to operationalize the Subscription Services Representatives pipeline whileoptimize renewal rate, attach rate and term? Accurately confirm and quote all subscription renewal opportunities for assignedterritory? Develop and communicate process change and improvements to optimizeprograms and enhance relationships with necessary company external customersand internal support groups? Track all activity in Salesforce, Stage 1 to Stage 2 FisF or other PERC Ticket

Closures to move Renewal Opportunities Stage 3? Accountable for reviewing and checking accuracy with upgrades executed by the fieldand Inside Account teams? Work closely with Renewal, Sales and Finance teams to get upgrades to co-term toexisting renewal dates? Responsible for assisting the team with verifying pricing and data to ensure accuracy inPure internal tools? Fulfills installed base requests for field? Accountable for data related projects that help improve the Renewal reporting? Builds Renewal opportunities in Salesforce with corresponding quotes

? 2 years experience in sales operations and or contract administration? Solid Salesforce aptitude? Ability to organize and prioritize activities? Strong oral and written communication skills? Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills? Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus? Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal directsupervision.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
