Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications.

Design and build backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop frontend interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Implement and manage AWS infrastructure for deploying applications.

Ensure code quality via unit, integration, and performance testing.

Mentor and guide junior developers; foster a collaborative environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Maintain code integrity and organization through version control and code reviews.

Requirements:

7 years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on Java backend.

Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.

Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools.

Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a development team.

Preferred:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certifications.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
