We serve all sizes of commercial mechanical companies across the U.S. with end user clients that include many top Fortune 100 companies.
We are seeking a Project Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating cost estimates for specific flush plans. This position requires a person that has excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for flush projects.
Position Overview: The Project Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating costs as well as verifying other estimates associated with flushing projects. The Project Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates that meet project requirements and deadlines.
This exempt position typically requires 40 - 50 hours a week with standard hours falling between 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and is critical to the implementation and success of the company. This position will perform the requested business estimations and will need to manage their time to meet tight deadlines. This position will report to the Senior Estimator.
