Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to restoring and repairing properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Your expertise in restoration techniques and your ability to use various tools and equipment will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of restoration projects.

Duties:
- Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extracting water, drying affected areas, and removing damaged materials
- Conduct fire restoration activities such as cleaning smoke residue, deodorizing affected areas, and repairing fire-damaged structures
- Execute mold remediation procedures, including identifying and removing mold-infested materials and applying appropriate treatments
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to demolish and rebuild damaged structures
- Clean carpets and upholstery using specialized equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including detailed reports and photographs

Qualifications:

-Valid Driver's License

-Tech Savvy
- Proven experience in restoration work, including water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for demolition and construction purposes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within specified timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
