Position

Purple Cow Organics, LLC is currently seeking a full-time wheel loader operator. This person will become a vital asset to our fast growing company, continuing our business model of producing remarkable soil amendment products. Qualified candidates need to be self-motivated, independent workers with an eye for quality in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Generally, M-F 7:00am – 4:30pm. Hours may vary depending on the season including earlier start or stop times. Average weekly hours: 40-50

Qualifications

-One year of experience preferred, but would invest time in training the right candidate

-Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of department related details

-High school math skills, including weight conversions, percentages, multiplication and division

-Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with co-workers and customers professionally to communicate proper facility policies and procedures.

-Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

-Ability to stoop or bend

-Comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required

-Ability to give and receive oral and/or written directions

-Ability to work as part of a team and independently

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

-Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with horizontal grinders and screeners

Job Specifications

This is a full-time position generally working between the hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday with Saturday hours on an as needed basis. This work will be performed in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. We offer competitive pay, vacation time, health and dental insurance to all full-time employees.
