The Director of Market Development will be responsible for visiting large GI practices and hospital systems nationwide to promote and secure the adoption of our diagnostic test, aimed at reducing the incidence of Barrett's Esophagus and Esophageal Cancer. The primary call points will be private GI practices and GI departments within acute care and surgical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote the diagnostic test to large GI practices and hospital systems.
• Secure the adoption and usage of the test in targeted practices and systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in private GI practices and hospital systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience with direct reports, currently or in the past.
• Ability to work independently as the role will start as an individual contributor with the potential for direct reports in the future.
• Experience in gaining acceptance and usage from large GI practices and hospital systems.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $175,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): Approximately $290,000
• Car allowance provided

Travel Requirements:

• 70% travel across a national territory
