Our environment offers the opportunity to work both independently and with the team, and each day may vary based on the projects in process. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports the team with efforts to reach out to introduce our services to potential clients as well as existing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead Nurturing through Sales and Marketing: You will focus on developing relationships with potential clients by employing consistent communication and engagement strategies.
· Direct Marketing: You are highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
· CRM-Salesforce Proficiency: You will streamline communication, analyze customer data for targeted campaigns, and track sales opportunities utilizing CRM (Salesforce) software.
· SEO Optimization: You will enhance website visibility and attract targeted traffic using analytical tools and keyword research.
· Website Maintenance: You will design, build, and maintain our website and social media presence.
· Trade Show Support: You will travel as needed to support trade show activities.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of prior experience in marketing and strategy development, preferably related to industrial gases or similar industry.
· Strong analytical skills with proven capability of database management and intelligence analysis with good business acumen.
· Formal training/education in business/marketing or the engineering field, ideally with a 2-year or 4-year degree in marketing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
