What You’ll Do:
As the bridge between our customers and our team, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. You’ll collaborate, strategize, and hustle to keep our customers happy and their goals on track. Your day-to-day will include:
Building Relationships: Be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our key accounts. Your communication skills will shine as you keep the dialogue open and responsive.
Managing Accounts: Dive deep into understanding your customers’ businesses and help them achieve greatness by aligning our services with their goals.
Strategic Planning: Work with our rockstar Territory Managers and District Directors to develop winning strategies that will take both Purple Wave and our customers to the nextlevel.
Problem-Solving: When challenges arise, you’ll be the superhero who swoops in to save the day, working with our internal teams to find solutions that make everyone happy.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use your analytical prowess to track key metrics, optimize performance, and keep everything running smoothly.
